Membership Criteria

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA:

Membership Criteria, both for acceptance into the NCBN Network and to maintain good standing in NCBN is based on the following criteria: Demonstrate to NCBN (through the sign up and review process) an active presence and professional level of expertise in one or more fields of commercial real estate, fill out and update (at least on any annual basis) the required fields in the office profile completely and informatively in order for the membership base to easily and accurately identify your real estate expertise, market coverage, and any specific industry knowledge (note, office profiles may be updated anytime to incorporate new information or advancements within your firm; NCBN is NOT basing acceptance into NCBN on a firm's size or company reputation, but rather the broker/agents professional commitment to the field of commercial real estate expressed through the office profile process). NCBN adheres to the above Memberships Criteria for new and existing members in order to maintain a high degree of professional conduct and to provide an accurate tool to assist members qualify a firms ability to handle referral business. Incomplete, inaccurate or outdated profiles are grounds for immediate dismissal from NCBN and any abuse of the system in anyway deemed by NCBN to compromise the integrity of the network is grounds for removal from the network at NCBN's sole discretion.
